In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), in this Information Notice prepared in our capacity as the Data Controller, information is provided within the scope of Article 10 titled “Obligation of the Data Controller to Inform” and Article 11 titled “Rights of the Data Subject.”

b) To Whom and For What Purpose Your Personal Data May Be Transferred

Your collected personal data may be transferred in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK to the following parties for the purposes listed below:

conducting necessary work by our business units to enable you to benefit from the products and services offered by our company,
customizing and recommending our products and services according to your preferences, usage habits, and needs,
determining and implementing our company’s commercial and business strategies,
managing our company’s human resources policies.

For these purposes, personal data may be shared directly or indirectly with:

our domestic or international affiliates or subsidiaries,
public or private institutions and organizations,
companies from which we receive services, support, or consultancy,
organizations with which we cooperate or partner in projects, programs, or financing,

All personal data you share with us will be stored confidentially in the common database of Now is Media in accordance with Article 12 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and will not be shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

To protect information systems containing personal data from unauthorized access and unlawful processing, Now is Media implements various security measures including hashing, encryption, SSL, transaction logging, access management, and physical security measures.

Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data

You have the right at any time to request information about the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to request correction, modification, deletion, or withdrawal of the consent you have provided.

Deletion, Destruction, or Anonymization of Personal Data

Personal data processed for the purposes stated in this Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with:

Article 7/1 of Law No. 6698 when the purpose requiring the processing no longer exists,
Article 82 of the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and Article 138 of the Turkish Penal Code after the legally required retention periods have expired.

Measures for the Protection of Personal Data

The protection of personal data is an important matter for Now is Media. Therefore, Now is Media takes the necessary precautions against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of personal data.

While storing personal data, Now is Media uses widely accepted security technologies such as firewalls and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. In addition, when you transmit personal data to Now is Media through the website or mobile applications, this data is transferred using SSL encryption.
